Years ago a FedEx tv ad supposedly based on an actual incident. It rained. FedEx package truck pulled over and got stuck in some black mud and water. Lady manager at the sorting place got a taxi to go where the stuck FedEx truck was and loaded as many packages as she could in the taxi. Nothing about a tow for the FedEx truck.
