@truckstuckdave You will have to download it by right clicking and choosing "save as" to play it. if you just click it will probably not play.
as for software get VLC its on Windows/Mac and Linux and will play almost any file https://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Viell. findest du das supergeile Vid. mit dem blauen Trecker von xtube noch wieder und postest das hier.
