Pics from another of my favorite stuck scenes, from the movie “Eden Lake”.
This couple wanted to get away for the weekend, but this group of guys started to harass them. They even stole their Jeep, which lead to the couple confronting them for the keys.
They managed to get the keys and tried to escape the goons (Steve, the rather cute hubby, was driving), but they wound up driving right into a muddy, steep ditch. The Jeep’s tires were spinning hard as Steve tried to free it from the mud. And even after the goons started attacking the Jeep with rocks and eventually their fists, Steve kept revving on that motor. After a little while longer, he eventually got the truck free

@xavier-b The film was produced in Britain which may explain the Jeep Cherokee having right hand drive.
Overall story line makes it part of a wave of movies from the late 2000s tied to "broken Britain," a right wing talking point created during Labour Party's later years in government. -
