That site has been down for a while now. It's a permanent closure. The site owner could not afford the site upkeep anymore.

ah damn, i enjoyed that site since 2005 not sure why he couldn't afford it, hosting in cheap, he even could have hosted the site himself for free

The problem for stuckworld was how long it had been around. I imagine it used a lot of storage space. And the software they used was paid. $179 then $79 a year for updates which led to the site not being updated. stuff broke and it got hacked at one point too
