Car cranking / hard starting

It works both for me, can't say that one takes precedence over the other, it simply depends on the situation. However, I really prefer the more extrem setups in both cases: stuck cars turn me on most when the car is really sunk to the axles in deep sticky mud, with the driver still believing he can get out without being towed if he only tried long enough. So spinning wheels on wet lawn will not do it for me, I guess lol.
With cranking, it's somewhat similar since I do not prefer fast cranking starters/engines, but those old rotten cars where the battery is almost completely drained / dead already, so the starter would already be unable to turn the engine over upon first attempt. The driver would realize that for sure and as a consequence, he would wait almost forever before trying again, thereby giving the battery a chance to recover a bit (which it would not, of course). So he would not be able to do anything than sit and wait (which would be REALLY hot to me). And then, when turning the key shorly over: still nothing..... :-).

@huskyhunk31 love it, definitely feel the same!

@huskyhunk31 omg! I love it!

@huskyhunk31 TBH, I have not given cranking-hard-starting much consideration until I read this thread, and, honestly, it has me thinking. What if I’m having a hot and wild time spinning my tires, stuck in the mud, sinking deeper and deeper, cursing and yelling and going all primal (as I’m known to do), when the truck stalls? I shift into “N” or “P” and turn the key and at first hear it only clicking, so I give it a few minutes. I try it again a few minutes later, mashing on the pedal, and get a real slow sound when the engine tries turning-over, more of a moaning sound, that drags more and more until it dies altogether. I can totally see how the engine cranking and spinning my wheels with my boots go very well together. I can also imagine the scenario bringing me to new levels of excitement and unbridled passion!

@Hipbootsdriver That's it, exactly. Just have a try, it's so sexy.

I'm a stuck AND cranking fan, too. Would love to talk about it.

I m totally addicted to stuck -
into both, too, but certain cranking scenarios have always been an ultimate turnon for me, e.g., when a guy keeps trying with a totally flat battery...
-
@huskyhunk31 I love that scenario too

@Jonnyxx Oh yes, that's the hottest part, I agree... Nothing better than a starter only TRYING to turn the engine over without success in the end, after a few EXTREMELY slow cranks before. Without any chance of the engine firing up, of course :-).

@huskyhunk31 the only solution is try to push the heavy car, maybe in flip flops
